Entire Album (iPhone)
1. Click the download icon at the start of the album
2. A popup will ask Do you want to download "gallery.zip"? - Click DOWNLOAD
3. Click the downward-arrow icon on the top right corner of screen
4. The gallery will begin to download, and will be ready once the MB/GB have finished loading
5. Once finished, click the completed album icon
6. Your Files app should automatically open on your screen, where you will see the gallery.zip - click the gallery.zip
7. Click the 3 dot icon on the top right
8. Press Select
9. Click Select All on the top left
10. Click the upward arrow icon on the bottom of screen, and then click Save Images in the list of options
Single Image (iPhone)
1. Click the download icon on the desired image
2. A popup will ask Do you want to download "xxx.jpg"? - Click DOWNLOAD
*Return to album and repeat with any other desired images. The downward-arrow icon in Step 3 will remain on your search engine until cleared*
3. Click the downward-arrow icon on the top right corner of screen once you have followed the previous steps for each desired image
4. Click one image at a time and complete the following steps:
5. Click the upward-arrow icon on the bottom of the screen
6. Click Save Image in the list of options
Entire Album (Mac)
1. Click the download icon on the bottom left of the screen
2. The gallery.zip will begin to download on the bottom of the screen
3.Once completed, click the gallery.zip and it will pop up in your Mac's Downloads
Single Image (Mac)
1. Click the download icon on the desired image
2. The IMG_xxx.jpg will begin to download on the bottom of a new screen
*Return to the gallery and repeat previous steps for each desired image*
3. Once completed, the image will be available in your Mac's Downoalds
Androids:
All past clients with Androids have simply saved all images by clicking the download icon at the start of the album. (Not sure why Apple decided to make downloading things such a process lol)
